Hydrogen Asia Summit 2024
25-26 September 2024
IES Emeritus President Prof Yeoh Lean Weng was one of the distinguished speakers during the two-day Hydrogen Asia Summit 2024 from Sep 25-26 at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. Prof Yeoh gave an insightful presentation on the topic of "Hydrogen - A necessary clean energy vector towards Net Zero" on Day 2 of the Summit.

IES Signs MOU with NTUC

IES is pleased to partner with the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) to set up a Company Training Committee (CTC) within our institution. This collaboration reflects our commitment to empowering engineers and professionals through continuous training and development, especially in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Accelerated Industry-centric Training Pathway (AITP): Essentials for Line Professionals – Engineering Sector

If you've already achieved your ACLP/ACTA accreditation, congratulations!

For those pressed for time, we’re excited to offer the 5-day Accelerated Industry-centric Training Pathway (AITP), an "Abridged ACLP" designed for engineering professionals looking to teach within their field. Endorsed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and managed by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), this program meets industry-specific Adult Educator (AE) standards and is contextualized by IES Academy for the engineering sector.

IES Academy, as the Appointed Industry Partner (AIP), will launch the first two runs in November and December 2024.

**Note:
  • Entry requirement is minimum 2 years domain experience in Engineering.
  • “AITP” only accredited learners to teach WSQ courses in his / her engineering domain unlike ACLP which accredited learners to teach WSQ courses in all domain areas.
  • For successfully registered participants, a confirmation email with payment request will be sent to you providing payment guideline to make full payment by the specified deadline prior to course commencement.
